Many folks concoct a bomb in capsules and take internally. While I can’t discount their testimonies, I will say that topical use and inhalation are more oftenbetter uses of oils based on how essential oils fundamentally work. That’s what we choose to do in our family for these recipes for our immune system.

Diffuse Oils to Support the Immune System
Combining diffuser routines to roll-on-bombs can be a great strategy for your immune system. We often diffuse the oils a few times during the day (in lieu of hourly roll on application) and then apply the roll-on formulas just before nap time or bed time. Try one or more of these oils in your diffuser (or diluted topically). Again, we generally stick to the first three for the kiddos.

I’ve been trying to find a list of essential oils that are safe for my toddler- the only one I use right now is lavender. He has a cold right now and the blends that are listed say not to use for children under 6 so which oils are safe to use?

Can you tell me if I can use regular coconut organic non gmo oil to make roller ball containers. It is great for cooking and I have on hand. What is the difference in this and fractionated?
Thanksreply to comment
Trisha Gilkerson
Fractionated coconut oil stays liquid; regular coconut oil solidifies below about 74 degrees F. That would not work in a roller ball container.

What size roller bottle do you use for kids immunity and adult immunity blend. Thank you Ruthie
